i pod

I got i pod today. I'm really confused to understand how to use it, but this is very cool. Please take a look at this picture. It's small and thin. The color is black which I've selected before I bought. My i pod has the capacity that 7500 songs could be installed. I hope I'll get used to use it easy.

i pod

Apple company said my i pod had been already sent to me on 27th, but I haven't received it yet. I think it's late enough for i pod to reach at my house. I wonder if the accident may happen while it is shipped.

Sunday

I've decided to go to the local event today. It was called "The fresh water fish in this prefecture". I was looking forward to visiting the event from this morning. I was sure it would be held today, but unluckily it had been done yesterday. I was really disappointed this time, because I'm very familiar to fresh water fish. In fact I studied fish biology, especially fresh water fish, when I was the university student.

Tooth ache

I'm having tooth ache from this morning, so I feel bad. If this ache continues,
I would see the dentist tomorrow. It's hard to eat something, but I had to stand for it. I'd better go to bed a little early tonight.

Digital camera

This evening, I tried to send my MP3 player which didn't work to the product company, but before I'll send it, I had to take a picture of MP3 because of the attest. Though I turned on my camera, it didn't work. Unconsciously I doubted it was broken, but soon I knew it was necessary to charge. I was waiting for it being completed now.

I Pod nano

I have a MP3 player, but it doesn't work. Today I decided to buy new MP3. It is I Pod nano, so I've already ordered it on the internet to Apple Co. This time I didn't use the auction. I paid on it for 31200yen by credit card. I'm really looking forward to the new I POD nano. I know it can install 1000 songs in it.

MP3 player

I have a MP3 player which is made by unknown company. I think it's really cheap. I bought it on the internet auction and spent for it by about 5000 YEN. The specification of this MP3 is just having 1G, so I could install 250songs in it.
Today I usually tried to use it when I take a walk, but it didn't work. Though I checked battery and I checked a manual, I couldn't make it work. I'll send it to the company asking for fixing it tomorrow.

TV lesson

I haven't taken a TV lesson for a long time. What is it? It is an English lesson on TV screen using internet and phone line. It's very convenient for businessmen and house wives, because they don't need to go to an English conversation school. The school opens all day long even at midnight, so the students can take lessons at any time. I'm the student of TV English school, but as I told you at first, I couldn't take it because I was busy these days.

The center test

Today is the beginning of the center test which almost of all universities in Japan refer the results to pick up good students. In general, the third degree high school students can take it, so my daughter will take it next year. Actually I'm already sensitive to it as her father, but she seems not to care about it. I can add one thing about the test. From this year, the listening test in English starts. I think this is good for young Japanese.

Base guitar

I like base guitar, so I play it in my band. At first I thought it looked difficult to play base guitar singing a song. Now I don't think so, because I'm really able to do. Though You need a practice, you must get to realize it easier than you thought. Well, I have to learn next six songs my band will play.

Ｔｈｅ place called IRORI

I went for drink to an IRORI with my friends yesterday. Irori means the place where people in the country side use it to grill fish or something like that. Most of old aged houses in the country side in north Japan have an IRORI. The izakaya I went to yesterday has a good IRORI at each seat. There the master grilled fish , vegetable,
and moti, so we enjoyed them.

ＴＯＥＩＣ

I took TOEIC at the university the day before yesterday. It was good weather, so there were a lot of participants at the canvas. Before the test, they looked really serious, seemed nervous, but after that, I guess they must have been relaxed. To tell the truth, I was really really relieved.

At the station

I asked the officer, " I know you're busy, but could I ask you a favor?" He answered," Sure, go ahead" " Could you tell me where the office is?" " I'll take you there" " Thanks, I'd really appreciate it" Is this a strange conversation? I think it's OK, because this is the main language in my textbook.

Preparation

I have to prepare something for the TOEIC today, because I'll meet my friends tomorrow. What should I prepare for it? They are the attending card, pencils, a photo of my face, an eraser and the map to the place for the test. Money? No problem!
I already paid for it.

Practice exam.

From now I'll try the practice examination of TOEIC. I have three days until it. My friend gave me an advice. That was "You might want to try studying English grammar".
I've been doing it as he told me for a month, but I don't have any confidence yet. I hope I'll get 700 points.

Ｍｙ ｄａｙ

My day starts at 4:30, though it's still dark and really cold this time of year. I've been keeping this lifestyle for 22years. I think I have to continue this 7years more in the future, because I have a liability to take care my family ,especially my daughter who is in a high school. She hopes she will go to the university to study psychology.

Recent Rock

I can't understand the rock music which young musicians play recently. I think they have no harmonies and their lyrics have no message. Personally, I can't stand heavy metal music. It clearly proved that I was getting older.

I scored by 92 in today's golf, but It's not due to a back ache. In first half, my condition was so good. In back nine, suddenly I got to bad condition. This is typical pattern of my golf, so my handicap is still 12.

Ｔｈｅ first golf

I'm looking forward to playing golf tomorrow, because it's for the first time to play it for me in 20 days. One thing I'm worried about is my back ache. I've been aching lumbago for 7 days, so I've never practiced hitting golf balls yet this year.
I think it's good to play it healthful, and I'll try not to mind my golf score.

Good songs

Today is the first day my band started practicing music this year, so we decided six songs we try to play from now. They are 'Diana', 'Oh Carol', 'Alone again', 'My Bonnie','Imagine','Woman'. I think they are really good songs in all. I try to sing 'Alone again' and 'My Bonnie',but 'Alone again' looks very difficult. I wonder it seems hard to memorize the lyric of it. Hung in there!

Snow

I noticed a lot of snow falling now, and already they covered my garden like this photo. This is the first time to see the snow covering over the road, car and anywhere. I guess it's 5 cm high. I wonder how I go to my office by car tomorrow morning. My wife and daughter enjoy making snow doll in spite of my worrying.

Ａｎｏｔｈｅｒ blog

I've just started another blog in Japanese. This is about the old music which my band played and I really loved. If I don't have any topic to this blog, I'll translate it to English. For example, I think the lyric of DAYDREAM BELIEVER was for the younger people like teenager, so middle aged musician must hesitate to sing this.

Light up

I went to the gorgeous restaurant for dinner with my family yesterday. it is famous for expensive and luxury in our aria, but I didn't care about money. Because I had much more money than usual. The restaurant is located near by the great beautiful bridge. Besides the big bridge was decorated with colored lights this time of year. I took some pictures of it. I spent an amazing time to eat delicious foods and to see beautiful scene with my family.

New SAZAE SAN

I've shown the photo of SAZAESAN figures before. Recently my wife got the new version of them, so I'll show the photo of them. As I told you once, when you buy the particular PET bottle of tea, you can get one of them. I think it's quite hard to collect all of them. Got it!

Good day sunshine

The first day was good and warm day for January, but my family didn't go out for something. I played Japanese card game with my family eating special foods. The game called HANAFUDA was fun, interesting and thrilling. It is an annual event in my family. I'll show you the photo of them. There is a specific drawing that shows each month in each card.
